Natural Church Development Survey

As an accredited NCD Coach, Life Builders Inc. is able to provide both the survey and follow up consulting and coaching.
NCD is not another church growth program, it is a measure of health in eight key quality characteristics.

Church Life Forum

Church Life Forum is a facilitating process involving the church oversight and leadership team in an evaluation of the past, present and future. The purpose is to clarify the church's mission, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and assist it to re-focus.

It is not the role of the consultant to tell a church what to do, but to support the pastor by being a facilitator, enabling the church to clarify and plan its own future.

The process incorporates interviews, observation, teaching and interaction and can be used to establish Mission Statement, Vision, Objectives, Programs and Action.

Team Enhancement

Using the Professional Dynametric Program (PDP) profiling system known as Pro Scan you can be provided with a Team Enhancement report and comments that will enable the members of your team to work together better.

It evaluates the balance of your team, morale, best function of individuals, highlights areas of potential weakness or conflict.

The Team Enhancement also provides a detailed report on each individual including trait analysis, stress analysis and morale analysis, together with much more.

Staff Selection

When choosing a replacement staff or adding to your staff, Life Builders Inc. can assist in the process of identifying the type of person you want and assist in assessing potential appointments.
