Ian entered full-time ministry in 1976 after a brief career as a Civil Engineer. He brings a breadth of successful Christian ministry experience ranging from church planting to being the Senior Minister of a large multi-faceted, multi-staffed church.

Founding Principal of Tabor College (Melbourne), a highly respected multi-denominational Bible College
has had a positive influence on many individuals and churches
is a pastor, teacher, motivational speaker, author and counsellor
qualifications include an M.A. (Counselling) and Doctor of Ministry degree

Ian has a broad itinerant ministry in Churches and Bible Colleges in both Australia and Overseas. His passion is to encourage, equip and motivate both individuals and local churches to achieve their best.

Helene
Richardson

Helene has been involved in ministry with Ian since their marriage and is a registered psychologist.

B Soc Sc & BA (Hons) in Psychology.
currently completing her Doctor of Psychology thesis
qualified nursing sister and mother
trained as a Colour Consultant and
competent preacher and seminar speaker, having ministered in churches, camps and seminars in Australia and overseas.

Her gracious spirit combined with strength of character have enabled her to touch the hearts of many. Having a burden for the hurt and oppressed she ministers healing, release and freedom. She has a desire to see women released into their full potential in Christ.

Andrew
Naylor

Andrew's heart and calling is to lead others into the richness of God in order for them to live this richness in everyday life.

accomplished songwriter, musician and minister.
produced and co-produced 11 music and worship CDs
played as a musician for international artists such as Ron Kenoly, and local artists including Marina Prior

Andrew is able to express fully and excellently, the heart of God through music, including worship, performance and recordings. Recently, he has also written inspirational devotional material.

Andrew moved from New Zealand to Australia in 1986 to attend Bible College in Sydney. He then relocated in 1990 to assist pioneering a church in New York. Returning to Melbourne in 1991 he took up a role in Worship Ministry, being an Associate Pastor of a large metropolitan church. He joined the ministry team of Life Builders Inc in June 2005, in order to provide training and encouragement to the wider body of Christ.

Andrew is available for training musicians singers & worship teams, facilitating worship, performing and preaching.
