Ian has spent most of his professional life in a leadership capacity successfully setting up, building and restructuring organizations. He has a breadth of experience in leadership, training, consulting, coaching and counselling. His passion is to encourage, equip, and motivate individuals, and organizations, to achieve their best. A former pastor of both small rural and large multi-staffed city churches, together with being the founding principal of Tabor College Melbourne, and previously a Civil Engineer, make him uniquely equipped to input into pastors and leaders.Ian works with diverse groups and individuals from many facets of life, providing counselling, as well as facilitating strategic planning, organizational structures, and teambuilding. In recent years, his primary focus has moved to mentoring, coaching, counselling, and training.Qualifications include:

Dr Helene Richardson

Helene has been involved in ministry with Ian since their marriage in 1971, and is a registered psychologist.
Her gracious spirit combined with strength of character have enabled her to touch the hearts of many. Having a burden for the hurt and oppressed she ministers healing, release and freedom. |
Jan Dowling

Jan has served in ministry alongside her husband Neil since 1986. She carries a deep desire to work alongside people in finding a way to experience their own unique revelation of Gods empowering presence. Jan is a counsellor, a licensed teacher of Refocussing therapy and is trained in Family Therapy.
Jan spent a large part of her life in rural NSW and Queensland before living in Sydney and Melbourne until mid 2011. At the start of 2011 Jan and Neil felt called back to central NSW are are now living in Molong (just outside Orange). |
Scott Morgan

Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counselling through Tabor College Victoria with a background in disability care and administration. As well as Scott’s work with the whole range of issues brought to counselling, his area of special interest is helping people struggling with addictions, their spouses and family members, and those with co-dependency and co-addiction issues.

Ed has spent most of his professional career as a school teacher, but also has a diversity of experience in educational consulting, careers education, facility management , school chaplaincy, and the building industry.
As well as general counselling, Ed’s passion and specialization is working with families, students and men. His motivation is to see people empowered to move forward and overcome life’s challenges. Ed has an empathic and encouraging nature that gives him the capacity to come alongside people from many walks of life. His qualifications include:

Andrew Naylor

Andrew’s heart and calling is to lead others into the richness of God in order for them to live this richness in everyday life.
Andrew is able to express fully and excellently, the heart of God through music, including worship, performance and recordings. Recently, he has also written inspirational devotional material. Andrew is available for training musicians singers & worship teams, facilitating worship, performing and preaching. |
